Starting young and doing a lot seems to be habitual. I have been working since I was 12 (paper boy in Pennsylvania) but started in this industry when I was twenty years old back in 2004. As my family grew, I knew I needed to make a change. Procraft formed in 2009 and we have been solving problems and having a great time doing so since then.

What I specifically love about the industry is talking with new customers daily and getting to know them personally.

Although I love my wife dearly and all 5 children, I spend most of my free time hiding from my family (bathroom, garage).

Luke , the consummate professional, holds himself to impossible standards. He manages our office, the technicians, sales, etc.

Luke enjoys the challenges of helping to run a small business and seeing the fruit of our combined effort in modest annual growth.

He in an accomplished musician, enjoys jazz and can be heard from anywhere at our office location listening to music. He is also a complete nerd when it comes to health sciences and chemistry. If ask him technical questions about materials or health related studies, you’ll need to buckle in for the multi syllabic torrent you’re about to receive.

He is also a prolific and expert climber and enjoys bouldering.

Patrick is basically our cornerstone here at Procraft. And that’s not just because he is a sturdy young man, but also because he has been with us since 2012. Initially our termite technician, he eventually ran a route and now helps to train the new technicians.

His favorite part about working here is getting to see Mike’s beautiful face on a daily basis.

In his free time, Patrick works out and enjoys not dying on his motorcycle.

Isaiah - the man, the myth… the voice. We could listen to him speak all day in that raspy baritone… but he is just so good at what he does, we sacrifice our pleasure for our customers. The things we do for your guys!

Isaiah appreciates our industry not only because of the challenge and physical exercise, but also the high level of autonomy we trust our guys with. He is well trained and does not like drive or integrity.

Isaiah enjoys working out and is much stronger than Mike. He is married (sorry ladies!) and an avid gamer.

David is a hustler. And I don’t mean that in a gambling sense- he just moves. He works hard and doesn’t twaddle around. He has an extremely professional demeanor and provides the highest quality service.

In his free time, he enjoys surfing, mountain biking, working out. Not unlike everyone else at ProCraft, he is more fit than Mike.

Ryan has been with the us for a several years now and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He has a vast wealth of experience in the pest control industry, taking care of every customer he services. We are lucky to have him!

Ryan is an not only an audiophile, he DJ's on the weekends too. He is also a die hard Steelers fan and does quite well hustling those unfortunate enough to be in his fantasy football league.

Fritz is our office dog/Mascot. He is loyal, patient, kind, and gentle… unless you’re an old lady or a little dog. He likes to go on bike rides and aggressively chew on beef bones.
